Refund policy

We hope you love your Slapstick products, but if something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered.

Returns
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email support@tryslapstick.com with your order number to start a return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right fast.

Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used sunscreen products can’t be returned for hygiene reasons. Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you’re welcome to place a new order once your refund is processed.
